Watch Planet 51 Online Movie Review
As I write the Planet 51 online movie review, I can't help but think of parallels to Steven Spielberg's ET. Although the major difference between the two movies is that in ET an extra terrestrial is left behind on the Earth, whereas in Planet 51 a human being is stuck on Planet 51 among aliens.
The movie is really cute with some "suggestive" humor and hard core action, prompting the movie certification board the certify it as PG. The animation is really nice and through my Planet 51 online movie review, I'd like to applaud Lion Animation Studios, Madrid, for their efforts in the making of the movie.
The story and screenplay of the movie are just brilliant. What with a robot peeing as it is confronted by mean alien cops and the astronaut planting the American flag in an alien family's backyard thinking himself to be the first living being to set foot on the planet, the humor is flowing throughout the movie. The movie has been written by Joe Stillman, and he has written a master piece. Almost no Planet 51 online movie review fails to praise the brilliant story and the witty dialogues.
Director Jorge Blanco has done a brilliant job making this movie. He has maintained freshness throughout the story and brought a whole new perspective to the sci-fi alien genre. The director has done his homework and paid attention to every little detail.
The cast of the movie also has done a good job. Dwayne Johnson, Justin Long, Jessica Biel, Sean William Scott, Gary Oldman and John Cleese have taken the mic for the movie. In almost every Planet 51 online movie review, they are kind of sidelined as the story has captured all the attention.
One planet 51 online movie review I read observed that it was a rather cheeky, but brilliant, idea of the director to name the movie that has a direct reference to an alleged top secret alien research facility in the US called Area 51.
So to conclude my Planet 51 review, I'd say that this movie just blew me away with the humor, freshness and the wit. Miss it at your own peril! I highly advise you watch Planet 51.
